We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us. If you change your mind on any full price or sale item purchased, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt and receive store credit or exchange it for another item.

Returns will only be accepted when:

• items are in their original condition
• items are in their original packaging
• tags remain attached to garments
• proof of purchase is provided

Unfortunately shapewear does not have exchange or refund. When returning items for a size exchange or a different item, we will facilitate this where the stock is available. If we have sold out of the item you have requested we will contact you via email to inform you of this and that you could either pick another item or receive store credit.

Who pays for the cost of my return?

We offer FREE RETURNS, that’s right, if you want to return an item(s) for refund or exchange, we’ll cover the cost of sending it back.

How to prepare your parcel for return?

1. Please email us on: orders@calienteclothing.com.au and a shipping label will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

2. Print your label and pack your item.

3. Drop your parcel off at a convenient Post Office.
